We start producing your photo product the day after we receive payment for your order. If you need to cancel, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible via live chat or phone, within 4 hours of placing your order. Make sure to have your order number and shipping address ready. Whether a cancellation is possible depends on the order status . Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you place an order and want to cancel within 4 hours but it’s outside our business hours, you can still cancel as long as your order hasn’t been shipped.
Since our products are made to your specifications and personalised, customers do not have cancellation rights under consumer law, except within the timeframe mentioned above. For more details, please see our terms and conditions.
Please note: Unpaid orders will remain visible in your order status overview for 30 days. If you do not wish to complete the order, you can simply ignore it, as it will be removed automatically after 30 days.
