Your photo product is put into production the day after we receive the payment for your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately via our live chat or phone, with your order number and shipping address. A cancellation will depend on the order status. Once your order has been sent, a cancellation will be no longer possible.
As our products are made to the customer's specifications and are clearly personalised, our customers do not have cancellation rights under the applicable consumer laws with regard to the agreement, unless the order is cancelled within the time as described above.
Please note: Unpaid orders will stay in the order status overview for 30 days. If you do not want to receive an unpaid order, you can ignore this in the order status, as it will disappear automatically after 30 days.
