How does the 'Buy now, create later' voucher promotion work?
Throughout the year we offer a variety of promotional campaigns. New to our offering is Buy Now, Create Later, an evolved version of our previous photo book voucher offers. We offer 'Buy now create later' multiple times throughout the year. Ultimately, this offer gives you the opportunity to lock in a top discount with the flexibility to create your photo book at a later point. The offer is valid across specific photo books (and in some periods, calendars), and to take advantage of the offer for a specific bundle. Your voucher is delivered to your Account and when you have finished your creation you redeem your voucher code against it.
Be sure to build your creation according to the specifics of the voucher you have purchased - you will have the option to add extras at the time of creation or to make certain changes, but anything with an additional cost will be changed extra at checkout. The vouchers have an expiry date and cannot be extended so please ensure you are fully aware of all terms and conditions and the expiry date, before you purchase.
Will my photo book be pre-built based on the elements contained within the voucher?
No. You build your photo book as you normally would, selecting the correct size, number of pages and finish to align to the voucher you have purchased. When you come to check out, you enter your voucher code and it will deduct all elements covered by your voucher, leaving you to pay only for any extras you have added, plus shipping (unless included in voucher bundle).
Does my 'Buy now, create later' voucher have an expiry date?
All vouchers have an expiry date. In the case of 'Buy now create later' this expiry date is detailed on the offer landing page, in any email terms and conditions and if you choose to purchase, will also show in the voucher details in your Account. Minimum validity is 2 months. Given the average time our customers take to create, this should give you plenty of time but please ensure you can complete your creation in this time period, before you purchase, as vouchers cannot be extended.
If you experience any difficulties when using your photo book voucher, you must let us know in advance of the expiry date.
Can I extend my voucher?
No. As detailed in the terms and conditions of the offer, the vouchers must be used by their expiry date or they will lapse and no extension or refund will be issued.
Can I use my voucher on a different product to what the voucher says?
No. The voucher value can only be redeemed on the product bundle it is tied to. It cannot be transferred to another product. When you come to create, you will have the option to add extras such as more pages, layflat pages or alternate covers. Any extras you add can be paid for at checkout. They will not have the voucher discount applied and will be charged at full price.
Can I use an old voucher on this new campaign?
No. All old vouchers have expired and cannot be transferred to this new offer.
Which products are available in the promotion?
'Buy now, create later' gives you a top discount on 3 photobooks, and at select times, 3 calendars. We are confident we have selected the products our customers will be most keen to secure a leading discount on, but you will see the products and bundles change from time to time. The best way to stay up to date regarding what products are in the offer is to sign up to our email newsletters - also giving you access to email exclusives. When we run the offer on the website, you will see banners on the homepage, as well as 'voucher' icons on the individual product pages, from which you can navigate through to the full experience and see exactly what is included.
Can I combine multiple vouchers?
'Buy now, create later' vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or voucher.
Do I need to complete my order before the voucher expiry date?
Yes. The voucher will only be valid if redeemed against the specific creation it is tied to, before the expiry date. If this doesn't happen, it will lapse and have no value.
Does the voucher discount apply to any extras i add at checkout?
No. All extras are charged at full price.
Can I buy the voucher and use it immediately?
Your photo book voucher will be available in your account within an hour of purchasing. As soon as it is in your account, you can use it.
Can I buy the 'Buy now, create later' vouchers on the app?
'Buy now, create later' vouchers cannot be purchased on the app, but they can be redeemed on the app.
How do I create a photo book with my voucher?
You can create your photo book in 4 simple steps:
1. Install our free photo book software (available for Windows or Mac), download our free app for quick and easy photo book creation or give it a try with our online creator tool.
2. Referring to your voucher, choose your photo book size and orientation, a hard or soft cover, the number of pages and any other voucher specifics. Not sure what's included in your voucher? Download your voucher from your order history to check the terms and conditions.
3. During the ordering process, you will have the option to change the cover, add pages or other unique elements to give you a creation that is truly yours.
4. At the checkout you will input your voucher code in the promotional code box, and all elements covered by your voucher will be deducted from your total due.
If my voucher covers 60 pages but i only want 36, can I be refunded the difference or use the cost to offset any extras?
No. If you do not utilise all the unique elements of your voucher, any cost difference for any unused element will lapse and cannot be used to offset any extras (such as shipping) or be refunded.
What is the value of the voucher based on?
Our 'Buy now create later' vouchers give you a steep discount off of the base (100%) cost of each element contained within the voucher bundle. If you purchase your voucher, and create your photo book completely inline with the voucher specifics you will only have shipping to pay at checkout (if not also included in voucher).
If you choose to add extras during the creation process - for example, Premium Layflat pages - your total price will become higher than your voucher and you will have extra to pay at checkout. Those extras will not have your voucher discount applied to them and so are charged at full price.
Can I use my voucher on a previously placed order?
Your photo book voucher cannot be used on previously placed orders. Nor can it be combined with any other discount codes.
