View all pages at once:
You can see an overview of the pages at any time in the horizontal thumbnail bar located just below your main editing workspace (under your book). You will need to move the side bar as all pages cannot be viewed at the same time (this also depends on the number of pages you have).
Creating on the App?
You can view the book by scrolling up and down to see all pages.
Shuffle layouts:
Online editor
If you’re creating on the website, you would most likely find the editing tools on the top of your book.
If you’re creating books, there is an option, selected by default, called “Smart layouts”.
- With this option switched on, you can shuffle layouts directly in your book (by clicking on the 2 crossed arrows symbol). It will give you multiple options to choose from.
If you turn this option off, you can click on the Layout tab on the left hand side menu and change manually.
If you’re creating calendars, you will only need to choose from the menu on the left hand side manually (from the Layouts tab).
For Windows cut out and Little Moments Book, you’ll be in the Instant editor
You would be able to see the 2 crossed arrows symbol alongside your page, as long as you have at least 2 photos on the page. Click on that symbol and shuffle the layouts as you wish.
Windows editor
- Click Edit Menu (on the top)
- From the tools available click Shuffle Within Style or Random Shuffle. This will automatically rearrange your photos into new layout designs.
- You can also turn on the Auto Layout feature, which automatically generates a new layout every time you drag a new photo onto a page.

Mac editor
Navigate to the Page or Spread:
- Select the single page or double-page spread whose layout you want to change.
Access the Shuffle Tool:
- Go to Page > Shuffle layout in the top menu bar (or use the toolbar shortcut if added).
Choose Your Scope: - Select whether you want to shuffle the layout for a single page or the entire spread (double page).
Rearrange Automatically:
The editor will automatically rearrange the existing photos on that page or spread into a new layout variation without removing any of your photos. Repeat the step to cycle through different generated options until you find one you like.

The Shuffle layout option is on the bottom menu. You would need to have at least 2 photos on the page to be able to shuffle layouts.
