If you have placed an order and not yet received the confirmation email, please check the following:
- Did you use a different email address or accidentally mistype it? You can double-check your provided details by clicking on 'Settings' from 'My Account'.
- It is possible that it went to your spam folder. Please double check your spam folders or search 'Photobox' in your inbox.
- Ensure we are not on a blocked email list and add us to your contacts. You can change this in the settings of your email provider. We will send order updates and confirmation from support@photobox.co.uk
Unfortunately, it is not possible to resend the confirmation email since this is auto-generated. You can check your order status, along with the contents of your order at any time, from your account.
