Once your order is shipped, we will email you to let you know. The expected delivery time to the UK is within 3-4 working days from receiving the shipping notification. You can track your order with the link provided in this email.
Please kindly note, the shipping email is auto-generated and therefore shows standard delivery time to the UK. Orders outside the UK will require additional time in transit.
My order doesn’t have tracking. What should I do?
All orders to the UK will have a track and trace link. Please check the shipping email to locate the tracking link or find this information by visiting the My Account page.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may not include tracking information. In normal circumstances, you can expect your order within 3 to 7 working days from shipment notification. We allow our couriers a total of 15 working days to have the package to you. If your order does not arrive after this time, please contact our Customer Care department.
My tracking hasn’t been updated. What should I do?
The courier will update your tracking information. Depending on their journey and the volume of packages, the tracking details may update daily or after several days. Should the tracking information not be updated after 3 working days, please contact our Customer Care department.

- Then once the chat is connected to Phoebe our chatbot please choose the "Order and shipping" option.
- You will then be asked "What is your question about". You can then select "Order status"
- Phoebe, our chatbot, will then ask you some basic questions such as your email address, your order number and your name to find the latest status on your order.
