If your tracking status states as being delivered and you have not received your order, please see the steps to follow below:
- Check if your order required a signature. If so, do you recognise the name of the person who signed for it?
- If your order was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the order has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safeplace if you have one.
- If your order was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.
- Please check the shipping address to see if it was correct.
What if the item can’t be located and the address was correct?
If your order has been scanned as delivered but it can't be located, this may be due to a rare scanning error by the carrier. Please kindly allow an extra day for the item to be delivered before contacting customer care.
