You can view the order status of your order as soon as it has been completed with payment. Once you have logged into your account, go to the left menu and click on "Orders". You will automatically be redirected to your order status. Here you will also find an overview of orders in progress and your order history.
Please note: Unpaid orders will stay in the order status overview for 30 days. If you do not want to receive an unpaid order, you can ignore this in the order status, as it will disappear automatically after 30 days. Read more about our retention periods.
Under the concerning order, click on 'View details', and you will see the order status:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation from us. Depending on the shipping location, the email may also contain a track and trace link to follow the delivery of your parcel.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
When the status is on "Sent", you can also track the parcel by clicking on "Track your order". This will direct you to the delivery service that we use to ship your order. Check our website for the current delivery times.
Please note:
- When you receive the shipping email, your tracking link should be active within one workday. However, several factors may impact this, such as time of year and global circumstances. For this reason, please allow up to 72 hours from dispatch for your tracking link to update.
- Even though many orders arrive within the stated period, we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date.
International orders
For international orders, depending on the destination country, it may take up to 15 working days before your order is delivered. Customs and tariffs may also affect the delivery time. Your order confirmation is an auto-generated email; therefore, the shown delivery times are standard delivery times only. Unfortunately, your order may be shipped for international delivery without track and trace details, which means your parcel may not be trackable after being sent.
