After following the instructions below, we kindly ask you to fill in our contact form with your screenshot attached, along with any other requested information or details that may assist.
Portable device
There are a lot of different tablets and mobile phones, on which making a screenshot works a bit differently. These are the most common ones.
Apple
1. Go to the error message or page that causes the issue.
2. Hold down the round "Home" button and the "On/Off" button at the same time.
3. The screenshot will be saved in your "Photos" folder.

on your keyboard at the same time. The screenshot will be saved as a file on your desktop.
