At Photobox we continuously work on improving our software and want to provide the best experience to users. For this reason, we are not offering support for macOS versions below 10.13 (High Sierra). In case you're running an unsupported macOS version, there are a couple of ways you can create a photo book with Photobox:
- Use our online creator tool to create your photo books. Please mind that you cannot migrate books from the Mac Editor to the online editor.
- Use a different Mac to continue working on your book.
- Upgrade your Mac to a supported OS version. Please click here for detailed instructions from Apple on how to upgrade your Mac.
You can tell which version of macOS you are running by clicking on the Apple logo in the top left and choosing "About This Mac".
