What types of photo files are supported in your creator tools?

JPG, PNG and GIF.
HEIC files (the new standard by Apple) are converted to JPG by iOS when you use it in our app. HEIC files are only supported with iOS. Unfortunately, if you are working from an Android it is not possible to use HEIC files.

Please note: our creator tools do not support PDF files.

The minimum file size for images is 10kb, for our creator tool to recognise the file.

The majority of image formats are supported, including RAW files and HEIC. 
Please note: The supported image formats depend on the macOS version you are running on. We use the native image support of the OS.

If you are using other file formats, you will need to convert them before uploading them into the creator tool.
To convert your photos and keep your original files, you can do the following:

1. Copy the folder containing the original files. Place this duplicate folder on your desktop for example.
2. Open the copied files with an image convertor program (e.g. Paint for Windows or Preview for Mac) and then save the files in JPEG format.

This way you can keep the original files and you can use the converted JPEG files to create your project.
