We are part of Storio group, a leading consumer photo products company in Europe.
We made some upgrades to our creation experience on July 2nd, this included a new more secure account system. Part of this migration included the integration of our Bonusprint and Photobox brands under the name of Photobox.
I am an existing Photobox customer, how does this affect me?
As an existing Photobox customer, this technical upgrade to our editors will deliver an improved creation experience, but means you are not able to re-print old creations from July 2nd. Unfortunately, any existing creations that were in progress are now also lost.
What happened to my stored photos on Photobox?
With the new technical upgrade, you can use your stored photos but you will need to download your photos to your device and re-upload them back into your new creation and our editor. Your photos are still stored and accessible for you in your account. To access your photos, visit the 'My Photos' account page. Click on 'View my photos' and then click to 'activate' your saved photos.
We apologise for the delays in making your photos visible in your account. As so many customers trust Photobox with their photos, it is taking longer than expected to make them ready on our website. Please be assured that all of your photos have been securely migrated, and will be visible in your account within 24 hours.
Once your photos have been imported, we will keep them available for 18 months for you to use in future projects. If you make a purchase in this period, we will extend your free photo storage for another 18 months. Photos are stored in line with our terms and conditions.
What happened to any unspent credit I had?
Unfortunately we no longer offer credit in its current form. Therefore, all credit expired on or before July 1st 2024. We will soon be introducing a new and improved voucher facility.

I was a bonusprint customer, how does this affect me?
If you were previously a bonusprint customer, there is nothing you need to do. This change has happened without any impact on your account with us, with only very few exceptions. On the website and desktop editors, you can continue to log-in. Don't worry, you'll recognise everything: the same website, creation tools, the same quality - just a new name. We believe that you will find some exciting new products & functionalities on the website.
On the website and desktop editors: you can continue to log-in and continue projects from June into July, order and access old creations as usual - just with a new brand name.
Please be aware the upgrade includes updates to our mobile app. We will discontinue the Bonusprint app, and ask you to download the new Photobox app from July.
If you had an account at both bonusprint and Photobox, there may be disruption as we merged our account systems in May. If you logged into both bonusprint and Phobobox using the same email in the past, we will merge those accounts and default to the Photobox password. If you have problems logging in, please try your Photobox password. If that doesn’t work, we ask you to reset your password. Rest assured; the creation experience will be the same as you're used to as well as the quality you're used to from albelli will still be delivered 100% when you buy from Photobox.
You will just have a different brand name you're purchasing from at Photobox.co.uk.
Will I automatically be subscribed to the Photobox newsletter?
If you were a previous bonusprint customer, you will automatically be subscribed to the Photobox newsletter.
What happened to creations I have on the App?
The upgrade included updates to our mobile app. If you were unable to finish any open creations by July 1st, unfortunately they will be lost. For this upgrade, we have released a new app. So from July 2nd, the existing app will no longer work and we suggest you download our new app to replace it. From 2nd July 2024 Photobook creations via the mobile app will not be live for now and therefore will be re-directed to our mobile website where you can start your creation. All other products available via the mobile app will be displayed and shown. One of the great things about using the new app is now you have access to your online web creations also. Using the "Projects" tab in the app you now can see all the creations you've started making in the app or on the web. You can pick them back up from your last edit or change.

Questions about the Photobox products:
I always order my product in a certain size. Will the sizes stay the same?
Since we will have a new range of products, some of them have small changes in size. There are new and different sizes available to choose from. These changes mean you can create even better masterpieces to bring to life your stories so hopefully you understand.
Which products will not be available and which products will be new?
We will still create Photo books, Calendars, Wall Decor, Gifts, Card and Prints. However, we will be removing a small selection of products from our range to ensure every product has the best creation experience and quality we want to be known for.
